The Engagement Process

To start with a school/NGO needs to express an interest in receiving coaching by complete one of the following forms:
Expression of Interests NGOs ver 2.doc
Expression of Interests Schools ver 4.doc
After review and support by the Trustees, a consultation will take place with the organisation. The following document may be used if appropriate to record the agreement between the School/NGO and the Trust.
KECCT and Schools MOU Ver 1.doc
Following the consultation coaches will be contacted to engage with individuals or groups within the School/NGO. Where one to one coaching is undertaken each client must complete the following form:
KECCT Individual Coaching Agreement Ver 4.doc
The coach is expected to keep records of each coaching session, and these must be made available to the Trust's supervising coach if requested. The following document, or something similar, must be used by the coach for recording sessions.
KECCT Client Notes Continued ver 1.doc
At the first intake session the coach and client must complete page 1 of the intake document, which is the only place that records the clients agreement to the assigned coach. The remainder of the document is there as a guide for the coach to use as they wish.
At certain intervals, normally after the 3rd and 6th sessions, the client will be sent a feedback form by the Trust.
