To have a positive impact on the Christchurch community by supporting:

leaders and managers in NGOs through the provision of coaching services and training on how to use the coaching style of management

schools to develop in their teachers and students the ability to act in a coach like manner when appropriate

To promote the benefits of coaching and coach like behaviour in NGOs through workshops

To foster coach like behaviour in school management and teachers

To provide school management and teachers with access to quality coaching, enabling them to experience and demonstrate coach-like behaviour to students
